"I don't normal write reviews but I just wanted to ensure that the staff working on Monday night 16th February between 8.30 and 9.00pm are congratulated for their fantastic customer service. I was greeted warmly with a smile by a lovely young girl, who helped me with my questions without attitude, annoyance or the usual teenage moodiness. The service was quick and the food was hot and delicious. The atmosphere in the store between the staff was buzzing with positivity, and it was clear the three staff I saw working genuinely enjoyed working together and made it a welcoming environment. It made a lovely changed from the usual experience from other fast food outlets."

"I went to red rooster tonight, got some dinner for family (rooster feed) food was so fresh especially the chicken. the chips were perfectly salted and nice and fresh too. the customer service i got was so unreal! the staff were so friendly and chirpy. and the store was a very clean environment. will definitely be coming back!!"

"1st time at RR Alexander Heights. They were offering the National 2 pce fried pce with chips, but because locals preferred roast chicken, she was offering both for $5.50. Never seen this before from any RR franchise. Will be a regular. Please support"
